4×8 steel I beam & 2 posts 16 ft 1″ x 8′ 9″ tall. The 2 posts are bolted to the concrete floor.
The post & beam set up must have been for sheer wall because there is nothing above the beam except for plywood floor in loft. The same beams & posts go for $650 at local yards. Our price $250. (You detach & remove )
