203 sq ft of 3/4″ x 9.25″ redwood Channel siding in great shape. If you know anything about this type of siding you know how rare it is and how hard to find in good shape. We are asking $2/sq ft (you detach & remove). Figure another $2/sq ft for me to remove and denail.
